TUBA Award Ceremony was held on 1st February 2017 with the participation of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Two faculty members of DEU iBG-izmir became the owners of the awards.  DEU Rector Prof.Dr. Adnan Kasman and Director of DEU iBG-izmir  Prof.Dr. Mehmet Öztürk also participated the ceremony. Assoc.Prof. Güneş Özhan awarded by Hulusi Akar, Chief of General Staff, Assist.Prof. Sinan Güven awarded by Dr. Faruk Özlü, Minister of Science, Industry, and Technology.
